Lonesome is why
Lonesome is inside
Lonesome is me
Lonesome is without love
Lonesome is true

Oh lonesome why, oh why are with me even when I wish you weren't

Love is joy
Love is sad
Love is mine
Love is alive
Love is why
Love is inside
Love is me
Love is true

Oh love why, oh why aren't you with lonesome, like you are with me.
