I wish to thank all that have and will share my life.
To those that aren’t here to read my shared words, I miss you deeply.
To those who share my words thank you.

“Don’t give up”

Don't walk in fear, be love to you
Don't tread in worry, be honest in all things
Don't keep anger, be compassionate to others
Don't shed yourself, be true to yourself

In the mountain see the steps to follow
In the mistrust, believe in instinct
In the loneliness, reach for my hand
In the choices, there is only a choice

Deep down all is true, let it rise
Despair is terrifying, be fearless
Disregard the sad, seek the joy
Neglect not the balance, bring harmony

In the lows, look up and smile
In the highs, look around and smile
In the middle, look forward and smile
In all look and smile truly, for I might need your smile

With eyes closed, seeing the way your eyes sparkle
Here to give, that tiny laugh that escapes your lips
Don't want to make, the tear that rolls down your cheek
Missing is more, than the feeling of your touch

Shoulders to cry on, use them as you need
Ears to listen, talk and I will listen
A heart to care, this is most I have
Hands to give, so that you will hold on

Hugs to make the pain less
Feet to run to you
Smiles to lighten your day
Kisses for compassion

Don’t give up; the path is here to walk
Don’t give up; the feelings will pass
Don’t give up; the fear can be controlled
Don’t give up; you have me

“Favourites”

In the morning sun there is promise
In the setting sun a fruitful day
In the moons rising there is hope
In the moons setting the day is promised

Every memory shared is one remembered
Every hug is spreading love
Every smile is a gift given
Every touch is one of caring

A bird singing lifts the soul
A dog's paw giving comfort
A cat’s purr a sign of content
A fish swimming in pooled light

Music feeds the soul
Words feed the mind
Pictures feed the visual
All three feed a memory

The taste of something new
The smells after the rain
The feel of snowflakes on a cheek
The pictured moment
These are a few of my favourites
