I wish to thank all that have and will share my life.
To those that aren’t here to read my shared words, I miss you deeply.
To those who share my words thank you.

"Tears"

Willed away by some to hide the joy; the pain.
Accepted as a means to be express by some.
Needed for laughter; needed for pain; needed by one and all.
Drawn and formed from water and salts.
Slowly pooled into the eye at first, you sting when you appear.
To slide from the tear duct so perfect; so round.
Leaving a mark across the soft skin you run.
Wiped away quickly with a finger.
Caressed slowly away by a hand.
Lovingly shared in joy.
Sadly shared in pain.
Always shared with the world. Y
our release a loss; is it for joy or pain?
You comfort when there is none to be had.
Your coming welcomed, even by those willing you away.
You shed with the laughter, the joy. You shed with the pain, the loss.

Used by the young to speak to their needs.
Used by the young when showing joy at the world.
Used by the young to call in pain.
Used by them alone?
Used by all for you bring comfort when there is none to be had.
Used by all for you share in the joy.
Used by all for the pain is too hard to bear.

Welcomed by me to show joy.
Welcomed by me to show my pain.
Welcomed by me to comfort me when none is to be had.
Welcomed by me to cover a loss.
Welcomed by me to cleanse my soul.
Welcome to my eyes sometimes need more than most.
Welcome to my face to remind me of joys you shared.
Welcome to my face to help me wipe away a loss.
Welcome to my soul to show me I am but perfectly human.

"Ripped Apart"

Who are you to do what you do?
Who are you to take what is given to use and abuse?
Who are you to take flesh and rip it?
Who are you to take a pounding heart and put holes into it?
Who are you to slowly drain that energy?
Who are you to toy with me?
Who do you think you are?
Who gave you permission to be so cold one minute and hotter than the sun the next?
Who gave you permission to twist ever word?
Who gave you permission to play and twist a brain?
Who gave you permission to do what you do?
Who gave you permission to laugh in the face of words said in need?
Who gave you permission to make life hell?
Who do you think you are?
Who let you rip them apart?
Who let you strip them of worth?
Who let you have the power and not the consequences?
Who let you run amuck with not a care in the world?
Who let you get the way you are?
Who do you think you are?
Who ripped you flesh apart?
Who did you so bad?
Who made you how you are?
Who left you with a broken heart?
Who left you with a twisted brain?
Who do you think you are?
Who drained you and left you wanting?
Who laughed at your words of need?
Who made your life hell?
Who did what they wanted and left you with nothing?
Who abused what you gave freely of?
Who do you think you are?

I know someone left you that way.
I know you don’t trust what I say.
I know you don’t mean the things you say or do.
I know you will mend with care and love.
I know you think I will leave you the same way.
I know your anger isn’t at me. I know your heart is ripped apart.
I know your flesh is raw with the touch of them.
Who do you think you are?
I know you don’t mean to laugh at my words of need.
I know you don’t mean to be the way you are?
I know you living in hell.
I know you want to be without the memories of pain.
I know you want to show the world your fine.
I know you want me not to care or worry.

But who do you think you are to leave me in the same way?
